Protecting your personal information is very important to ANANADA Ayurveda Resort (hereafter referred to as “the author”), which is why we strictly adhere to the rules of the data protection laws. On this website, personal data will only be collected to the extent that is technically required. Under no circumstances will collected data be sold or passed on to any third party.

Please find below a brief overview of which type of data are collected and for which purpose, as well as the way the author guarantees the protection of those data.

Data processing on this website
When you visit this website, we automatically save information to your server log files that is transmitted by your browser. These include:

• browsertype/version
• operating system used
• referrer URL (the website visited before)
• hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
• time of server request.

Making a connection to personal data is not possible. We will never merge any of those data with any other data sources, and after a statistical evaluation, the data will be deleted.

In the area of online marketing, we exclusively make use of the functionalities of retargeting. All personal data will exclusively be used for our own and Familotel AG’s marketing purposes.

Cookies

Standard periods for the deletion of data:
The data will be deleted after the expiration of the legal, statutory or contractual retention periods. Data which are not subject to the obligation to store data will be deleted after they have been used for the purposes described above.

Google Analytics and Google Remarketing
This website uses Google Remarketing and Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc. („Google“). The author has extended the Google Analytics standard code by one more line, which means that IP addresses will only be transmitted in a shortened form now. This makes a personal identification absolutely impossible.

Google+
Our web presence uses the “+1” button by social network Google Plus, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”). The links are recognizable in our web presence by the Google+ logo or the addition of “+1”.

If you open a web page of our web presence which contains such a button, your browser will establish a direct connection with the Google servers.

Google will send the contents of the “+1” button directly to your browser and integrate it into the web page. We therefore have no influence over the extent of the data Google collects with the button. According to Google, no personal data are collected without clicking the button.
